I would recommend this place to anyone. It was a comfortable cozy room for two. Even had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Another nice thing was, you didn't have to give your credit card number online to book it.
No frills motel with super comfy beds. Cheap compared to most in the area. Room had a fridge and coffee pot too! I have no complaints. Friendly folks too.
Room was great, clean and so was the property. Only thing is it's close to a train, so if trains are running you will hear them at day break. But a great stay for $65!!! My go to place when passing through.
Sheets tend to be dirty but if you mention it they will switch them if you bring your own you'll feel much better. Great location and pet friendly. Staff is extremely friendly.

You don't meet too many people who will bend over backwards for others. The lady at the front desk really was super friendly and she made me feel like I have known her for a long time. When I walked away I felt more like family than a guest. The room was small and an older style, but it was definitely clean and really a good price compared to other hotels. Every day the room was tidied up and was always greeted with a smile and a genuine concern if needing anything. I would definitely recommend this hotel...great location, great price and great staff!!
No complaints for a 80/night room. Staff were available for a late check in and everything was good and in order. Rooms are slightly dated but everything was clean. Bed sheets were a bit too crispy for my liking but that's just my preference. Good stay and will likely return when passing through.
I have bin staying at the redwood motel on and off for 15 years. It is an older motel, but it is clean, the manager Cathy is a really nice lady, the owner is Sam. They treat you with respect and hospitality. They do what they can to cater to all your needs. I will always stay there when in yorkton
Cathy is the epitome of customer service. She made our stay very comfortable and was always reliable and available. The environmental service ladies are a pleasure and made my son's home away from home pleasant while catering to our two medium sized dogs. The rooms are clean and as many stated- they are dated however they provide with the necessities and are also very pleasant. They also offered a special service of using an ozone cleaner for us (son's sensitivity to smoke) which left us pleasantly surprised as it was unexpected and very much appreciated. Just their demeanor and their aim to please attitude by going above and beyond will definitely have us return and maintain a good rapport with them. It was very affordable considering our month's stay, which throughout our residence, Cathy shared local events and locations that would be of interest. Great professionalism, a great show of dedication and such great conversationalists is a time well spent for us.
This hotel was a life saver for me and my family. We arrived in Yorkton way too late during a bad storm and were in desperate need of a hotel room. The front desk lady was so kind and even gave me extra blankets. The room was small but everything worked just fine and the water pressure was good Thank you again
